Stone Imperfect is produced in white Mexican Onyx, the most precious of all white onyxes thanks to its vitreous texture that shines through with an intense milky white color. Inside the block from which Stone Imperfect is carved there is the sedimentation of  another material  which has infiltrated the onyx, as if it had pierced it with a bright red blade. Thanks to the transparency of the material and the refraction of light, the color fades inside the object, giving it unique brightness and nuances.

What is usually considered an imperfection and a lack of purity is, on the contrary, a beautiful defect around which it was possible to create a limited number of Stone vases, among the most iconic in our collection. The valorization of an otherwise discarded material and the ability to obtain unique vases with expert craftsmanship makes the Stone Imperfect vases a unique and unrepeatable experiment.

Stone Imperfect 5 comes from an imperfect block of stone, where white Onyx meets the “mother cave”, the external part of the mountain which carries with it more recent traces of the passage of nature and time. Stone Imperfect 5 is the most beautiful expression of the power, beauty and imperfection of nature.
